ATTORNEY PROFILE
Mr. Jones is a 1989 graduate of Point Pleasant Borough High School, NJ and continued his
education at Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. In 1993, Mr. Jones received
a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science. In 1999 Mr. Jones received his
Law Degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, NJ.
Mr. Jones has been practicing law since 1999. He is currently admitted in all of the New Jersey
Courts including the Federal District Court and the Federal 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2006,
Mr. Jones was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Jones is also
a Member of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals and successfully completed the two year
Justice James H. Coleman, Jr., NJ Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court.
Originally with Shebell and Schibell of Ocean Township, NJ Mr. Jones primarily practiced in the
areas of Municipal Court and Indictable Criminal Defense. He also handled Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Real Estate matters. In 2001 Mr. Jones joined Edmund P. Glasner, Esq. of Toms River, NJ. Mr. Jones continued to practice in his prior areas and ultimately took over all of the Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters. Mr. Jones also became the Assistant or Conflict Prosecutor for Barnegat Township, Berkeley Township, Jackson Township, Lakewood Township, Lavallette Borough and Manchester Township.
In 2005, Mr. Jones began working for Citta, Holzapfel, Zabarsky and Simon. There, Mr. Jones continued to be responsible for all of the Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters. Simultaneously, Mr. Jones developed a greater role as a Municipal Prosecutor. Mr. Jones was the named Prosecutor or Alternate Prosecutor for over 26 towns in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. He appeared as the Municipal Prosecutor in the following Monmouth County towns: Brielle, Manasquan, Howell, and Holmdel. In Ocean County Mr. Jones appeared in Barnegat Township, Brick Township, Beach Haven, Beachwood, Berkeley Township, Eagleswood, Harvey Cedars, Jackson Township, Lacey Township, Lavallette, Little Egg Harbor Township, Long Beach Township (LBI), Mantoloking, Ocean Gate, Ocean Township (Waretown), Point Pleasant Beach, Plumsted (New Egypt), Ship Bottom, South Toms River, Stafford Township, (Manahawkin), Surf City and Toms River. Mr. Jones also represented other county and local government agencies including the Borough of Island Heights. Mr. Jones moved his practice in 2008 to Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm and Must, Lakewood, NJ.
In May, 2009 Mr. Jones opened his own practice. In April, 2015 the Firm relocated to Barnegat, New Jersey and continues to provide the exceptional services his clients have come to expect. Mr. Jones regularly receives new business referrals from his satisfied clients, local business owners, realtors and from other local attorneys.
