TRAFFIC TICKET / DISORDERLY PERSONS FEES **
Municipal or Traffic Court will be the one and only experience most people will have with the New Jersey Judicial System. While the various municipal courts are held in semi-formal settings, the consequences for guilty findings or guilty pleas can have life altering consequences. This Firm offers reasonable attorney fees for the zealous, competent and professional representation provided to our clients. The Firm's legal fee covers legal services (excluding costs) rendered up until the time of the attorney's first actual court appearance. The initial retainer will cover all consultations with the Client; all correspondence with the Court and Prosecutor; legal research; receipt and review of the State's discovery; consultations with experts/investigators; receipt and review of audio/video recordings; receipt and review of photographic evidence; preparation, filing and arguing of all pre-trial motions and negotiating a plea agreement.

** The fees listed above have been reduced from their normal and customary rates due to the COVID 19 Health Crisis. They are based upon the Court's using virtual appearance technology together with this Firm's knowledge of the time expenditures generally encountered in each of the Courts. As each case is different, the actual fee for services will be quoted only after the client and the attorney discuss the facts, circumstances and situations involved in each matter. Circumstances where increased fees may apply include but are not limited to situations where the client has been issued multiple violations, charges for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Suspended, Driving Without Liability Insurance, Speeding violations of 25+ mph over the posted limit, if the potential client has more than 4 motor vehicle points active against his/her license and all disorderly person's offenses.
