Municipal Court and Criminal Matters
Mr. Jones is a former Municipal Prosecutor/Alternate Municipal Prosecutor for over 26 towns in both Monmouth and Ocean Counties. He represented the State of New Jersey and regularly appeared in the following Municipal Courts - Barnegat Township, Beach Haven, Beachwood, Berkeley Township, Brick Township, Brielle, Eagleswood, Harvey Cedars, Holmdel, Howell, Jackson Township, Lacey Township, Lavallette, Little Egg Harbor, Long Beach Township, Manasquan, Mantoloking, Ocean Gate, Ocean Township (Waretown), Point Pleasant Beach, Plumsted, Ship Bottom, South Toms River, Stafford Township, Surf City and Toms River (formerly Dover Township) and has appeared as a substitute Municipal Prosecutor in other towns. Mr. Jones now appears in those very same court and uses his extensive Municipal Court trial experience to protect the rights of his clients. Mr. Jones uses his experience and knowledge to reduce the points, fines, penalties, suspensions and other consequence which occur as result of Traffic Tickets and Criminal Complaints.
Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury
This Firm has extensive experience in all aspects of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Law. Mr. Jones has and continues to represent Injured Workers, Car Accident victims, Assault victims, victims of Dog Bites, Slip and Fall victims and other injured individuals.

In Workers 'Compensation and Personal Injury matters, there is no fee unless there is a recovery. You should also know that in most Workers' Compensation cases, the insurance company pays all of your medical bills, more than half of your legal fee and half of your expert examination costs.
Business Law
Our Firm has provided legal services to and currently represents numerous small to medium sized local and out of state businesses. We have helped them incorporate and register with the various Federal, State and local agencies. Once created, this Firm has protected the businesses from frivolous lawsuits, negotiated leases and contracts, pursued collections on delinquent accounts, revised corporate/business documents in compliance with Consumer Fraud Statutes and performed other services necessary for our clients' success.
Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate and Other Services
The Firm represents and provides ongoing advice and representation to both landlords and tenants, as well as victims of consumer fraud and victims of home improvement contractor fraud. If you are the seller or buyer of residential and/or commercial real estate, our office works closely with the parties, the real estate agents, the mortgage companies and the title companies to ensure a smooth process.
Mr. Jones also prepares Wills, living wills, and powers of attorney for his clients.
